Shipping Info: The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times normal, they correspond to the processing time of shipment plus the delivery time indicated on your order.
Return Policy: In accordance with Articles L 121-16 et seq of the french Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to return it. The products will be returned or exchanged if they are returned in their original packaging and not detected (except for defective products). The return costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund or exchange will be made in such manner with you, within 30 days from sending the email confirmation.
